My Belly Tone fitness class is based on the belly dance art form of the ancient cultures of the Orient, India, and the Middle East. I incorporate such moves as snake-arms, hip circles, chest lifts, undulations, shimmies, and much more into low impact, body-toning workout to Middle Eastern music.
Wear comfortable clothing and prior to class and after, I will have a little review of some of the moves! I provide coin hip scarves for use during class or bring your own if you have one. There is no fee - a love offering is appreciated.

Classes resume Tuesday February 16th. This session's classes will be held twice per week on Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. and on Fridays at 12:10 p.m. I've chosen these times so those who can only make it after work or with a standard lunch break can attend.
Meet downstairs at the Agape Spiritual Center/ On Common Ground located at 610 St Francis.
The ministry is requesting that masks be worn in the sanctuary and encourages everyone to monitor their own health and adhere to the physical distancing that our center provides.
